Cheesecake Factory

Today, as expected, did not have the same amount of excitement as yesterday! But it was a good day nonetheless. It is a great feeling, knowing that I do not have to sit in front of the laptop looking for jobs, sending resumes and writing cover letters. There was definitely a lighter spirit in the McCarthy household. So my time in front of the computer was spent looking at Ohio driver's license requirements and apartments.

Today consisted of going to the post office, browsing a Wal-mart and exloring the neighborhood. As I said yesterday, we decided to treat ourselves to a meal at our favorite (USA spelling) restaurants, the Cheesecake Factory. I had the:
B.B.Q. PULLED PORK SANDWICH
Roasted Pork Tenderloin Covered with Our B.B.Q. Sauce on a Brioche Bun. Served with Cole Slaw and Fries
And Liesel had a:
PASTA DA VINCI
Sauteed Chicken, Mushrooms, Onions and Garlic in a Delicious Madeira Wine Sauce Tossed with Penne Pasta and Parmesan
The restaurant lived up to its reputation and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the servings were so big we couldn't eat dessert then but we ordered a Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake and a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake to take home with us. Did I mention I love chocolate chip cookie dough????
